Greg Hayden

Greg Hayden has extensive work experience in quality management and supply chain roles. Greg has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as Lectra, River Bend Bookshop LLC, Gerber Technology, Belcan, UTC Aerospace Systems, DRS Technologies Inc., Hamilton Sundstrand, GE - Consumer & Industrial, and Pratt & Whitney. Throughout their career, Greg has focused on implementing comprehensive quality management systems, driving process improvements, and promoting personal accountability and compliance awareness. Greg has also led initiatives to develop and deploy strategic plans, build strong supplier relationships, and optimize supply chain operations.

Greg Hayden has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, which they earned from 1993 to 1998. Greg later completed an MBA at Carnegie Mellon University from 2002 to 2004, with a focus on Operations Management and Organizational Behavior. In 2011, they attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business for the Emerging Leaders Program. Most recently, in 2015, they participated in the Executive Leadership Development program at INSEAD.
