John Sharpe, a founding principal of Lee & Associates Illinois, is an investment/industrial property specialist with extensive experience creating and implementing strategic real estate programs for clients. As a market expert for the past 32 years, he assists investors, owners, tenants, developers, and institutions with their sales, leasing, and build-to-suit industrial investment/vacant land projects. John is based in Chicago, although much of his corporate work involves regional and national assignments.
