Sharad Pandey

Sharad Pandey is an experienced fashion design professional currently serving as Chief Design Manager for Men's Knitwear at Lee Cooper since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sharad held the position of Chief Manager Design at Reliance Retail, leading a team focused on the kids wear apparel category from May 2022. Sharad's extensive background includes serving as Sr. Manager Design at Landmark Group, where management of multiple private label brands in the children's apparel segment was key, and as Design Manager at Spencer's Retail, where Sharad developed a range for boys' and girls' kids wear. Additional experience includes senior design responsibilities at Madame Apparels, design roles at Reebok, and assistant design duties at Vardhman Textiles. Sharad holds a degree in Fashion Design from NIIFT, completed between 2002 and 2005.
