Lee-Ann N.

Lee-Ann N. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lee-Ann began their career as a Sales Representative at Virgin Mobile Canada in 2010 and later became a Store Manager. In 2016, they joined Wireless DNA Inc. as a Sales Manager before transitioning to OSL Retail Services. At OSL Retail Services, Lee-Ann worked as a Bilingual Office Administrator and later as a Project Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Lee Valley Tools as an Assistant Store Manager Operations and subsequently held roles as Store Development Program Manager and National Retail Marketing Manager. Currently, Lee-Ann serves as the Director of Retail and Content Marketing at Lee Valley Tools, a position they have held since April 2022.

Lee-Ann N. has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies degree with honors in Business and Society from York University. Lee-Ann attended York University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a College Diploma from Dawson College, where they studied between 2009 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Lee-Ann N. earned a certification in Achieving Excellence in Customer Experience (CX) Management from the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) in February 2021.
