Garima Khattar Sachdeva is a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Leena AI since June 2022, focusing on testing and enhancing an HR-IS/MS-based chatbot utilizing NLP, ML, and AI to streamline HR processes. Previously, Garima served as a QA Engineer at HELM360 from August 2018 to May 2022, rigorously testing product features in an Agile environment and working on AI-driven chatbots for legal applications. Earlier experience includes positions as an Assistant Professor at Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology and Ideal Institute of Technology, where Garima delivered lectures, conducted labs, and mentored students in Computer Science. Garima holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Amity University and a Bachelor of Technology in the same field from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
