David Williams

David Williams is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in mediation, law education, and community service. Currently serving as an ODR-Accredited Mediator and U.S. Federal District Court Approved Mediator at The Mediation Center since February 2022, David also holds positions as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Doane University since December 2016, and an Arbitrator for FINRA since June 2019. Additionally, David serves as a Tenant Assistance Program Attorney at Legal Aid of Nebraska since March 2022 and engages in community service with various non-profits since May 2018. David previously held a long tenure as Vice President and General Counsel at Ameritas from July 1987 to May 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Creighton University School of Law (1985) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wilkes University (1980).
