Khalid Ouatouat has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and staffing. Khalid started their career in 2015 as a Bilingual Payroll and Recruitment Coordinator at Manpower. In this role, they served as a trusted advisor to clients on various modules of Manpower Payroll.

Khalid Ouatouat completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Honours Applied and Sociolinguistics from York University from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from York University, which they completed in 2016. In 2017 and 2018, Khalid attended George Brown College, where they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management with a commendable GPA of 3.91.
