Dexter Chao, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business controlling. Currently serving as Finance Manager, FP&A at Legend Biotech since June 2023, Dexter previously held the position of Global Commercial Controller at Givaudan for over a year. Prior roles include Senior Financial Analyst at Terumo Medical Corporation, where Dexter managed corporate FP&A and acted as Business Unit Controller for Terumo Medical Products, and positions at Honeywell, Groupe SEB, and Sealed Air Corporation, focusing on business unit controlling and financial analysis. Dexter’s career began at BASF as a Staff Auditor II, following participation in an Accounting Professional Development Program that provided diverse experiences across various financial functions. Dexter earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The College of New Jersey.
