Kathy Rosseel

Kathy Rosseel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kathy is currently working as the HR Director for Europe a.i. at Legend Biotech. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Legend Biotech, Rosseel was the owner and founder of Juloka, where they served as the Owner & Founder for nearly five years. Additionally, they gained experience as the Global HR Director at Rubio Monocoat and as a Senior Advisor at Essensys Management. Rosseel also held leadership positions at Daoust, where they were responsible for career management and key accounts, and at Hudson, where they served as the Business Unit Manager for career guidance and outplacement. Furthermore, they have valuable experience as the Head of Financial Communication at Mediafin and as the Managing Director of G+J International Media Sales at Gruner + Jahr GmbH. Rosseel has a strong background in executive interim management, executive search, and executive coaching. Kathy also served as the Chairwoman of the Visitation Committee at VLUHR.

Kathy Rosseel's education history includes a Master's degree in Psychology from Ghent University, completed from 1982 to 1987. Kathy also pursued a Marketing Management program at SRM- Nima C opleiding from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they attended VLEKHO Business School Brussel for a Management course in 1988-1989. Kathy later enrolled in the Management program at Vlerick Business School for the Strategic HR Management field in 2019. Kathy also completed various certifications, including Systemic coaching from SYSTO | Opleidingen in 2021 and Solution Focused Coaching from Ilfaro in 2018. Lastly, they obtained qualifications such as a Sommelier-Conseil degree from Université du Vin from 2014 to 2018 and completed the Bertelsmann Leadership Program at Bertelsmann University in 2013. Kathy has acquired additional certifications from institutes like Stanford Designing Your Life, Modern Elder Academy, Open Mind, Hudson, Insights Benelux, Federgon, NLP Life Training UK in collaboration with Richard Bandler, and Centrum GEA.
