Renita Nair

Renita Nair is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR strategies and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner and HR Director at Roche since September 2021, Renita Nair previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Pfizer, where responsibilities included managing HR strategy for 800 FTE across various business groups. Prior to this, Renita Nair worked at Bayer as a Regional HR Business Partner for the Middle East, providing consultancy across 15 countries, and played a key role in significant acquisitions and integration projects at both Pfizer and Bayer. Renita Nair began their career in HR consulting at Cedar Management Consulting and Stratagyn Inc., and holds an MBA in HR from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
