Senthil Arumugam, MBA has over 17 years of experience in the field of IT and business partnership. Senthil is currently serving as the Director of ITBP - Global Business Technology Solutions Group at Legend Biotech, where they lead a team in aligning technology solutions with the organization's strategic objectives on a global scale. Senthil is responsible for the development and execution of IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

Prior to their current role, Senthil was the Director, IT Business Partner for Commercial, Corporate, Business Development, and R&D Functions at Legend Biotech. In this role, they fostered a symbiotic relationship between technology and key business areas, ensuring the seamless integration of IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the success of critical organizational functions.

Before joining Legend Biotech, Senthil worked as a Principal in Life Sciences (CRM, CDM & EDW) - Consultant at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they led transformative Global Veeva CRM and Veeva Network Data Integrations. Senthil actively engaged with clients to identify opportunities for operational excellence and engineered sophisticated Business Intelligence Datawarehouse solutions.

Prior to their role at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Senthil served as an Associate Director, Business Insights & Analytics at Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare plc. Senthil led the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions for various programs and implemented advanced technical solutions to integrate diverse data sources. Senthil also established key performance indicators to assess client programs against business objectives.

Before joining Ashfield, Senthil worked as a Senior Solutions Architect (Omni Channel Marketing) at IQVIA (formerly IMS Health). Senthil championed solution architecture, data planning, and modeling roadmaps, ensuring effective data warehouse intricacies.

Senthil's early career includes roles such as Enterprise Content Management Architect and ECM Application Administrator at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. There, they specialized in designing and implementing EDM architecture to improve business processes and employed ECM architecture for collaboration purposes.

Throughout their career, Senthil has demonstrated strong leadership skills, an ability to align technology with business goals, and a commitment to fostering collaboration between IT and various business units.

Senthil Arumugam, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specializations in Operations Management & ERP from the University of Scranton from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Applications & Information Technology from Bharathiar University. Senthil has also obtained additional certifications in Cloud Analytics, Data Science, MicroStrategy, Competitive Strategy, Power BI, Transact-SQL, Data Science Orientation, and Big Data Foundations from various institutions such as Cloud Analytics Academy, DataCamp, MicroStrategy, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Columbia University, and IBM.
