Tamara Hundley

Tamara Hundley has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Tamara currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Legendary Capital, where they establish and grows relationships within the hospitality community and assists the Debt Sourcing team. Previously, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Hart Advisors, where they created growth in the CMBS loan assumption and loan restructure platform. Prior to that, they were a Lease Administrator at Swearingen Realty Group, LLC, where they oversaw office and retail leases and negotiated cost-saving agreements with landlords. Tamara also has experience as a Leasing Agent at Michael Stevens Interests, Inc and as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Harry B. Lucas Office and Investments, Inc.
