Gaurav Maheshwari

Gaurav Maheshwari has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. In 2015, they were a Campus Ambassador at LawRato.com, a Student Volunteer at the N.J.YASASWY Memorial National Moot Court Competition, and a Summer Intern at K.G. Bhagat & Co. During their internship, they researched issues under various acts and worked on civil and criminal matters relating to Contractual Disputes and Telecom and Broadcasting Disputes. Gaurav also organized a Legal Aid Camp that same year. In 2016, they were a Director at the National Model United Nations, ICFAI University, Dehradun and a Summer Intern at Meharia & Company Solicitors & Advocates, where they prepared Rejoinders counter statements and researched Land Acquisition Act, 1894, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, 1997. From 2017 to 2018, they were an In-House Counsel at Future Choice Group and White Force Group, respectively. In both roles, they drafted various agreements and rejoinders of notices, participated in settlement negotiations, and worked on Trademark matters. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they were an Advocate at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh and is currently a Legal Counsel at Legistify.

Gaurav Maheshwari's education history includes a BBA LLB(J.D Equivalent) from The ICFAI University in Dehradun, which they specialized in Intellectual Property Law from 2012 to 2017. Gaurav also attended Christ Church Boys Senior Secondary School from 2007 to 2010 for their elementary education. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Practice from the Bar Council of Delhi in October 2017. Gaurav also holds certifications in Copyright Enforcement and Management from Fusion Law School (obtained in February 2019), General Course on Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (obtained in July 2017), and Patent Cooperation Treaty from the World Intellectual Property Organization (obtained in June 2017). Gaurav is also affiliated with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
