Teis Leenders

Teis Leenders has a strong background in finance and accounting. They started their career in 2001 as a Staff Accountant at Adecco USA Inc. Later, they worked at GBC as a Financial Controller from 2002 to 2005. They then joined ACCO Brands, where they held the positions of Financial Controller, Northern Europe from 2005 to 2010, and Manager Finance and Accounting, Continental Europe from 2010 to 2011. Teis then moved to Milestone AV Technologies, where they served as Finance Manager, Europe from 2011 to 2015, and Finance Director, International from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Teis is serving as Finance Director, International at Legrand, a position they have held since 2017.

Teis Leenders has a diverse education history. In 1998, Teis participated in a High School Exchange Program at Sycamore High School in Cincinnati, USA. From 1998 to 2002, Teis studied International Business at Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. Continuing the pursuit of knowledge, Teis attended Morehead State University in 2000 to focus on Finance & Accounting. In 2022, Teis completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels, Belgium. Additionally, Teis earned international certifications in various programs offered by Suffolk University in the USA, Fudan University in China, and EADA Business School in Spain. Currently, Teis is working towards an MSc / RC degree in International Executive Master in Finance & Control at UMIO | Maastricht University, which is expected to be completed by 2024.
