Lynn K. Turner

Lynn Turner is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). She has been serving in this role since 2017. Ms. Turner is accountable for promoting a culture that encourages open dialogue and communication among senior leaders and colleagues, and an exceptional colleague experience from “hire to retire.” She actively seeks out ideas and feedback relative to colleague-related policies and programs, while focusing on the continued integration of human resources and organizational effectiveness across the health network. Ms. Turner is responsible for LVHN’s employee health department, volunteer services and Center for Early Childhood Education.

Prior to joining LVHN, Ms. Turner was the Director of Human Resources, Organization Development and Employee Wellness for Atlantic Health System in New Jersey. Under her leadership, Atlantic achieved Fortune’s 100 Best Places to Work For® nine consecutive years and was recognized by the Health Care Quality Index as a leader in LGBT Health Care Equality.

Ms. Turner received a Master in Business Administration from Pace University and a Bachelor in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals and the Health Management Academy.
