Sharon Robins serves as the Director of Digital Pathology at Leica Biosystems, leading the North American commercial team for Digital Pathology solutions since July 2024. Additionally, Sharon operates as an Independent Consultant providing market analysis and insights for the life science and diagnostic industries. Prior roles include Senior Director of Business Development at Precipio, Inc., and Director of Molecular Diagnostics at QIAGEN, where strategic team creation and integration were key focuses. With a strong sales background as Regional Sales Director at Quest Diagnostics and Business Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Sharon has consistently driven revenue growth and market penetration across various leading organizations. An accomplished sales representative in earlier roles, Sharon also founded a fitness company and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (ABD) in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Wayne State University School of Medicine, along with multiple degrees in biology and chemistry.
