Rufaidah Simah

Rufaidah Simah is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Lemon Sky since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process and participating in employer branding initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Compliance Coordinator and Compliance Graduate Trainee at Hays, focusing on candidate experience and compliance with Service Level Agreements. Rufaidah gained valuable skills during an internship at PETROFAC (Malaysia-PM 304) Limited, where expertise in geological evaluation and research was developed. Rufaidah holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Petroleum Geoscience from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and completed a summer school program in Computational Modelling in Rock Physics at Institut Teknologi Bandung.
