Senior Statistical Reporting Analyst

What you’re applying for: We’re looking for a resourceful and organized Senior Statistical Reporting Analyst to join the Compliance team.

You will work across different products and teams to ensure that complete and accurate data can be provided to satisfy regulatory and statistical reporting requirements for the Lemonade insurance companies. Your proficiency analyzing, transforming, and structuring data will help us meet our overall compliance objectives.

The starting base range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 per year. Base pay is one component of Lemonade's total compensation package, which will also include equity in the form of RSUs, access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan with company match, robust PTO, parental leave, and more.

In this role you’ll…

• Create statistical and financial reports required by state insurance departments for the Lemonade insurance companies
• Complete and submit assigned ISO, TICO, state, and annual verifications
• Research and analyze complex regulatory bulletins
• Facilitate written, verbal, and in-person interactions with insurance regulators and examiners
• Support data calls, market conduct examinations, and other matters
• Provide statistical reporting guidance to data engineers and other third-party providers

What you’ll need…

• 7+ years insurance personal lines P&C experience (Homeowners and/or Personal Auto)
• BS in Computer/Data Science or equivalent (advanced degree a plus)
• Expert knowledge of SQL and ability to perform configurations
• Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills
• Experience with Looker and LookML is an advantage
• Technical insurance knowledge and a general understanding of various insurance company operations will be helpful
• Experience with business intelligence software/analytics platforms
• Demonstrated success in communicating, prioritizing, and delivering on deadline
• Ability to work in an office environment
