Financial Systems Manager

What you’re applying for: We’re looking for an experienced expert to manage Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning at Lemonade.

You’ll support the Business Systems team’s goal of automating processes and increasing efficiency for the Finance team. You will be involved with all aspects of system administration and support, and will also assist in defining strategy, managing projects, and developing solutions.

In this role you'll:

• Work with partners across the business to understand requirements for new functionality and architect solutions
• Configure and test Workday features and enhancements
• Maintain systems integrations
• Design advanced reports and analytics
• Support the ongoing implementation of Workday Accounting Center, automating accounting for insurance transactions
• Support modeling sophisticated planning use cases in Adaptive Planning
• Contribute to a range of support and training activities

What you'll need:

• B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning experience
• Well-versed in month-end closing processes and accounting standards
• P&C insurance experience is a significant advantage
• Strong communication skills
