Lauren Silberberg Shapiro

Lauren Silberberg Shapiro is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in strategy and business operations. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Lemonade since December 2019, Lauren has held several roles within the company, including Strategy & Operations Senior Lead and Business Operations Associate. Prior to joining Lemonade, Lauren worked at Deloitte as a Consultant and Business Technology Analyst from September 2017 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes a position as a Summer Business Analyst at General Motors and as a Market Intelligence Summer Analyst at Lux Research Inc. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Networked & Social Systems Engineering with a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a high school diploma from Scarsdale High School.
