Stacey Beatty

Stacey Beatty is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee management spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Lemongrass since October 2019, Stacey oversees onboarding processes, including interview arrangements, document management, and new starter inductions. Prior to this role, Stacey held various positions at World IT Solutions (WITSLLC), contributing as HR Administrator, Recruiter, and Recruiting Supervisor, where responsibilities included resume formatting, conducting interviews, managing payroll, and developing corporate policies. Stacey began a career in education as a Learning Support Aide at Dover Area School District and earned an Associate's degree in Office Administration from Central Penn College.
