Dion Samsoeri

Dion Samsoeri, CHRP, has a strong background in HR and people operations. Dion is currently the Head of People Operations at Lemonilo since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk - Semen Indonesia Group as the Performance Management & Graduate Development Program Manager from July 2018 to July 2021. Dion also held the position of Organization & Performance Management Section Head at PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera from June 2017 to July 2018. From September 2013 to June 2017, Dion worked in HR Development at Triputra Group. Before that, they served as a Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services from December 2012 to September 2013. Dion began their career as a Recruitment Supervisor & HR Business Partner at KPSG Official from September 2010 to December 2012.

Dion Samsoeri, CHRP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, obtained in 2010. Dion has received additional certifications in various fields including Organization Development, Job Analysis, and Human Resources Professional. Most recently, Dion obtained the Organization Development certification from Korn Ferry in April 2019.
