Kasia Oslowska

Kasia Oslowska has extensive experience in HR and talent management. Kasia currently serves as the Head of People & Talent at LendInvest, a leading FinTech platform for property finance in the UK. Prior to this, they held the same role at Armadillo, where they utilized data to change consumer behavior and achieved exceptional ROI for clients. Kasia also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Zone and as a Talent Manager at intY, a ScanSource Company. Kasia has experience in recruitment consulting at Opilio Recruitment and served as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Castle Galleries & Washington Green Fine Art. Additionally, they volunteered as a Selection Event Volunteer at The London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Kasia began their career as an HR Assistant at Uni-Bud KO. Ltd.

Kasia Oslowska completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with English Language from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Toruń in 2009. Kasia then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Coventry University from 2009 to 2010. Following this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Coventry University in 2010-2011. During the same period, they also completed their CIPD Advanced Level 7 Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications.
