Laurissa Marais

Laurissa Marais is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Head of Design & Project Management, User Experience at Lendlease since October 2016. With a background that includes roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Lendlease, Laurissa has been instrumental in managing integration projects, overseeing the delivery of large-scale fitout projects, and directing office design initiatives in Melbourne. Prior experience includes project management positions at Grill'd Pty Ltd, JLL, and Medibank Private, as well as earlier roles such as Site Engineer and Contracts Administrator. Laurissa holds a Bachelor of Urban Development in Construction Management from the Queensland University of Technology.
