Heike Epple

Heike Epple has a long history of working in various roles in the language services industry. Heike began their career in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative at Hewlett-Packard and an Assistant Front Desk Manager at Kempinski Hotels. In 2002, they moved to Accor and held the same position. In 2003, they joined HP Software as a Project Administrator. In 2006, they joined SDL plc and held positions such as Associate Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. In 2010, they moved to SOPHiE 19 as an Assistant Manager and then joined SDL plc as a Business Partner Outsourcing Lead. In 2011, they joined STAR Deutschland GmbH as a Vendor Manager and Project Manager. In 2020, they joined JONCKERS as a Program Manager and, in 2021, they joined Lengoo as a Program Manager. At Lengoo, they are responsible for capacity planning and team management, people management, reporting and team KPIs, driving localization and translation strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, leveraging analytical skills, and more.

Heike Epple completed an apprenticeship to become a Hotel Expert from 1992 to 1995 at Hotel Fontana Stuttgart.
