Joel Terrrades

Joel Terrrades has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joel started their career as a Lab Technician intern at AGBAR, specializing in quality control and waste water management. Joel then worked as a Process R&D Engineer intern at Air Products, where they focused on producing PUC and epoxy chemistries and conducting analytical characterization. After that, they joined JIANGSU QI'AN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING GROUP as a P&ID Designer, responsible for formulating technical documentation and collaborating on hydraulic design.

Joel then moved on to BASF, where they held various positions. Joel started as an Assistant Manager - Production Projects, implementing Overall Equipment Efficiency and coordinating portfolio relocations. Joel later became the Regional Operational Excellence & Quality Manager, leading the development of strategic roadmaps and facilitating the sharing of best practices between sites.

Currently, Joel is working at Lenzing Group as a Global Performance Consultant, supporting the global implementation of good practices and establishing business processes for the Manufacturing Excellence Program.

Throughout their career, Joel has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, project management, and process optimization. Joel has developed strong analytical, technical, and communication skills that contribute to their effectiveness in a variety of roles.

Joel Terrrades completed their education in Chemical Engineering with a Master's degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2012. Joel also studied Chemical Engineering at Shanghai University in 2011-2012 and Universidad de La Laguna in 2008-2009. In addition, Joel has obtained certifications in various subjects such as Leading the Factory of the Future VR, Energy within Environmental Constrains, SQL Fundamentals Course, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
