Julia-Britta Majcen

Julia-Britta Majcen has extensive experience in the human resources field. Julia-Britta is currently working at the Lenzing Group as the Global HR Director Finance Area, a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they were an HR Manager at Lenzing Group from November 2016 onwards. From January 2022 to October 2022, they also served as an HR Business Partner (ad interim) at Lenzing Group.

Before joining Lenzing Group, Julia-Britta worked at Boxmark Leather as a Human Resources Business Partner from September 2012 to November 2016. Julia-Britta also gained experience as a Human Resources Consultant at TRAINKOOP KG from September 2011 to September 2012 and as a Junior HR-Consultant at HILL Woltron Management Partner GmbH from May 2010 to August 2011.

Julia-Britta Majcen attended Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Mag. degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie. Julia-Britta also completed a Diplom in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie at the same university.
