Jeffrey Falcon

Jeffrey Falcon has a diverse work experience in the fields of product management, business analysis, data quality, and process engineering. Jeffrey worked at Leo Burnett from 2008 to 2023, where they held various roles including Former VP Director of Product Management, VP Director of Product Management, and Senior Business Analyst. During their tenure at Leo Burnett, they played a key role in enabling infrastructure for personalization at scale, overseeing collaboration tools, leading digital proof of concept projects, and providing data visualizations and summaries for clients. Jeffrey also initiated SAFe agile framework practices and implemented process improvements. Jeffrey also worked as a Consultant at Jeff Talks Travel, where they provided consulting services. Prior to that, they worked at Schawk as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager, and at Accenture as a Business Integration Services Consultant, Business Analyst, and Project Manager.
