Sara de Sousa

Sara de Sousa has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the field of talent management and human resources. Sara is currently the Head of Talent & Development Management at Leroy Merlin. Prior to this, they worked at Paddy Power Betfair as a Talent Manager, where they led the diversity strategy, leadership development, talent, and engagement activities for European markets. Before that, they worked at Blip.pt as a Talent & Reward Specialist. Sara has also gained experience at Deloitte UK and Accenture as a Senior Consultant, specializing in human capital and talent & organization. Sara began their career at Nestle, where they held positions as an HR Specialist and HR Trainee. Sara also worked as an HR Trainee at Cofina Media. Overall, Sara has a strong background in talent management and human resources, and their experience spans across different industries.

From 2001 to 2006, Sara de Sousa attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa where they studied Human Resources Management.
