Tugce Aksoy

Tugce Aksoy has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at Les Benjamins since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at Pandora from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for managing HR topics and ensuring adherence to company values. Before Pandora, Tugce worked as the Country HR Manager at Swatch Group from 2019 to 2021, overseeing various HR functions and providing strategic HR advice to the organization. Tugce also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at MetLife from 2017 to 2019, where they supported employee engagement, development, and succession planning. Tugce began their HR career as an HR Business Partner at NN from 2013 to 2017, where they were the main point of contact for employees and managers. Prior to that, they worked at Türkiye Sigorta as an HR Performance and Career Management Senior Specialist and at Procter & Gamble as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Tugce Aksoy completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Ege University from 2001 to 2005. Tugce then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Marmara University from 2012 to 2013. In 2017 to 2018, they received coaching training hours at MB Academy/Aim Coaching, earning an ICF Approved Coach Training Hours certification. Prior to their university education, they attended Karşıyaka Anatolian High School from 1994 to 2001.
