Paolo Inga

Paolo Inga is the current Global Human Resources Director at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Prior to this position, Paolo was the Head Of Human Resources Shared Services at Vodafone from April 2008 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for End to End HR management (HR Business Partner and Center of Expertise) for the Shared Service Organization globally. The population they managed was 20.000 FTE across 7 Centers in India, Egypt, Hungary and Romania. Their team consisted of 200 HR people. During their time at Vodafone, Paolo was able to redefine the business and operating model for Shared Service, create a Digital Service line including definition of Business Model and Staffing of the new functions, deliver 10% YoY Employment Cost productivity through restructuring and Digital efficiencies, define the new HR Strategy and Roadmap, including a new L&D model, and Renegotiate Property Footprint.

Before their time at Vodafone, Paolo was the Corporate Organization Development at Barilla from October 2006 to March 2008. And before that they were an HR Specialist at Janssen-Cilag from October 2004 to October 2006. Paolo started their career as a Junior Product Manager (internship) at Tetra Italia from January 2004 to July 2004.

Paolo Inga has a degree in Economics and Human Resources from Università Bocconi, where they graduated cum laude.
