Kendal Schroeder

Kendal Schroeder is an experienced professional in the fields of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategist at Lethbridge Polytechnic since September 2022, Kendal previously held the position of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategist and Innovation Specialist at the City of Lethbridge from April 2015 to September 2022. Responsibilities included advancing initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, workplace mental health, and employee engagement. Earlier career roles included HR Admin and Data Support at Scotiabank in 2014, Manager of Customer Service at Essential Well Services in 2011, and Payroll and Benefits Administrator. Kendal holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a focus on Human Resources and Labour Relations from The University of Lethbridge, completed in 2012.
