Marko Milunovic

Marko Milunovic is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in beverage management and bartending. Currently serving as a bartender at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and BOKA Restaurant Group since March and October 2022, respectively, Marko also operates Milunovic Hospitality Consulting LLC as Principal since June 2019. Previous roles include Corporate Beverage Director and Mixologist at Fabio Viviani Hospitality Group, Director of Food and Beverage at DoubleTree by Hilton, and Assistant General Manager at Compass Arena. Marko's expertise extends to ownership and management positions, such as Director of Food and Beverage and Partner at Perla Negra Mariscos and Food and Beverage Manager at La Mejikana. Marko holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautics/Aviation from the University of Belgrade and has additional education from Aviation Academy Belgrade.
