Resposibilities :

  • As a trusted HR advisor, you'll drive end-to-end solutions, building and steering programs for our fast-growing organization.
  • Key role in executing global people initiatives while aligning with Level AI’s culture and business goals.
  • Own People technology, ensuring data integrity and driving HR analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Provide operational support, implementing innovative solutions for a stellar employee experience.
  • Develop and refine efficient people processes, from talent review to compliance, reflecting our vibrant culture.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, offering consultative advice to senior leaders on complex HR issues.
  • Tackle challenges with a GRIT mentality, aligning business, talent, and organizational strategies.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships for optimized business processes, from forecasting to global compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 8 + years of Extensive HR Operations experience in high-growth startups or tech business units, covering systems, comp & benefits, processes, and compliance.
  • Global proficiency in organization design, and compensation/benefits practices.
  • Exceptional influencing skills across all levels, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proactive decision-maker with a principled approach, adept at providing HR consultation to senior leadership.
  • Track record of building and scaling people programs, implementing/evaluating HR systems/tools.
  • Strong project management skills, urgency-driven, and analytically minded with a data-driven problem-solving approach.
  • Maintains confidentiality while handling sensitive information, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Systems experience with Compensation/Merit Cycle.
  • Operated in small HR teams, adept at wearing multiple hats and being hands-on.
