Daniel Stern has a wealth of work experience spanning over 20 years. Daniel started their career in 2001 as a Shift Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company, where they worked until 2004. From there, they transitioned to a role as an Account Manager at Xerox, where they gained valuable client management skills. In 2008, they joined Ku Soju as a Sales Operations Manager before moving on to Yahoo! as an Account Executive.

In 2010, Daniel took on the role of Account Executive at Dedicated Media, where they worked until 2012. Daniel then joined Twitter as an Account Executive in 2013, gaining experience in the tech industry. In 2014, they began their journey at Sprinklr as a Senior Customer Success Manager, and they quickly progressed to the position of Regional Director of Success. Eventually, they became the Regional VP of Success (West).

Currently, Daniel is working as the Head of Customer Success & Success Operations at Level AI, a role they started in April 2023. Throughout their professional journey, Daniel has consistently proven their dedication and expertise in customer success and sales operations.

Daniel Stern received a Bachelor of Science degree in American History from the University of California, Davis. Daniel attended the university from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Leading Your Org on a Journey of Allyship" from LinkedIn in March 2022, and three certifications from Sprinklr: "Sprinklr Community Manager Pro," "Sprinklr Modern Care Agent Pro," and "Sprinklr Research Analyst Pro" all obtained in January 2021.
