Aditya Bandi

Aditya Bandi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Aditya is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Level, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft for a significant period of time. At Microsoft, Aditya held multiple roles, including Principal Software Engineering Manager for the Payout Data Platform, where they led the team in building a trusted and compliant platform. Aditya also served as a Principal Software Engineer for Microsoft Store Analytics, responsible for scaling up the analytics service across different Microsoft digital stores. Aditya was a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Bing Ads, leading a team to develop a real-time monitoring platform. Aditya also held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager in Test for Display Ads, where they enabled auction-based exchange scenarios and reduced service deployment time. Before joining Microsoft, Aditya worked as a Software Engineer at har*GIS LLC, where they reduced development time by converting structured code to object-oriented code. Aditya also worked as a Software Engineer at Quality Technology, where they developed an online data collection system for the National Park Services. Aditya's work experience has showcased their strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Aditya Bandi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Instrumentation from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from the University of Denver from 2001 to 2003.
