Catherine Turcich-Kealey (she/her)

Catherine Turcich-Kealey has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Catherine is currently working at Level as a Network Development Lead, where they are responsible for building the outside and inside sales teams. Prior to this, Catherine worked as a Sales Director at Iffy Books, where they focused on empowering individuals to be less reliant on big tech companies.

Before joining Iffy Books, Catherine had an extensive tenure at Grubhub as a Sales Manager - Inside Sales, where they achieved various accolades, including being the Grubhub 2020 Champion of Excellence. Catherine was responsible for building and leading a sales team in the Philadelphia office, exceeding quota and improving productivity. Catherine also played an active role in community service events to enhance the company's image.

Earlier in their career, Catherine worked at Community Brands as a Senior Manager - Inside Sales. Catherine managed a team of inside sales representatives and successfully spearheaded sales growth for the company. Catherine's proactive approach and emphasis on training and streamlining processes led to increased revenue and call/email activity.

Prior to their time at Community Brands, Catherine held the positions of Sales Team Lead and Inside Sales Representative. Catherine also worked at InterMedia Marketing Solutions, where they served as a GlaxoSmithKline Immunization Sales Representative.

Catherine Turcich-Kealey (she/her) has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Fine Art from the University of Pennsylvania. Catherine also holds a Masters of Fine Art degree in Museums Exhibition Planning and Design from The University of the Arts. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Become a Better Coach for Your Team" from LinkedIn in March 2021.
