Eric Dahms

Eric Dahms has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Eric began their career in 1989 at Cigna, where they started in claim and call center operations before progressing to managing client relationships and leading teams in the larger group/jumbo/national account commercial market. Eric worked at Cigna for over 23 years, until 2013.

After leaving Cigna, Eric Dahms joined Anthem as the Managing Director for the Greater South region from 2013 to 2015. Eric then served as the Regional Vice President for Anthem Blue Cross, overseeing the CA Large Group Business Development, from 2015 to 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Eric Dahms worked at Anthem, Inc. as the Regional Vice President for Client Development in the Anthem National Accounts division. During their time there, they were responsible for building and strengthening client relationships.

Starting in 2021, Eric Dahms joined EWD Consulting LLC as an Independent Consultant, providing their expertise to various clients. Later in the same year, they also became the Enterprise Lead at Level, where they currently work.

Eric Dahms attended UC Irvine from 1985 to 1989, where they studied Management, Political Science, and Psychology. However, no specific degree was mentioned.
