Jagadeesh Jagarlamudi

Jagadeesh Jagarlamudi has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Jagadeesh is currently working as an Engineering Lead at Level since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Google for six years as a Software Engineer. At Google, their notable achievements include leading the integration of Plaid into Google Pay for PFM functionality and owning keyword generation for TV/Movies. Before joining Google, Jagadeesh worked at IBM T.J. Watson Research Lab as a Researcher from February 2013 to July 2015. Jagadeesh led a team in developing a Data driven Automated Language Learning system. In addition, they have also completed research internships at both Microsoft Research and Microsoft Research India.

Jagadeesh Jagarlamudi completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IIIT Hyderabad from 2001 to 2005. Jagadeesh then pursued an MS by Research in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology, which they completed from 2005 to 2006. Following this, Jagadeesh went on to study at the University of Utah from 2008 to 2010, where they completed the first two years of their Ph.D. in Computer Science. Jagadeesh later transferred to the University of Maryland, where they obtained their Ph.D. in Computer Science from 2010 to 2012.
