Mike Stratton

Mike Stratton has over 20 years of experience in IT and has held various roles in well-known companies. Mike currently serves as an IT Lead at Level, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Addepar as a Senior Manager, IT from 2018 to 2022, where they led a talented team and implemented technology solutions for a startup. Mike also worked as an IT Manager at Addepar from 2018 to 2021, where they utilized their experience with startups to architect a scalable and automated IT environment.

Before joining Addepar, Mike worked at HotelTonight as a Senior Manager - IT for a brief period in 2018, where they led a small team and handled business systems and IT. Mike also played a key role in building scalable processes and implementing A/V, teleconferencing, and networking solutions.

In 2017, Mike joined Anova Culinary as an IT Director, where they utilized their skills and experience to strategize for the company's rapid future growth. Mike implemented systems to scale IT, managed GDPR and ERP implementations, and focused on workflow efficiency.

From 2011 to 2017, Mike worked at Square, where they held the roles of IT Manager and IT Systems Administrator. As IT Manager, they led a team through the IPO and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. As an IT Systems Administrator, they designed and managed enterprise IT infrastructure.

Mike began their career at Apple in 2003 as an OS X Systems Administrator and worked there until 2011. Prior to Apple, they worked at Nortel Networks as a Production Operations Analyst from 2000 to 2003 and at Cisco as an IT Analyst from 1999 to 2000.

Mike Stratton attended San Jose State University from 1996 to 1999, studying Radio/TV/Film. Mike did not earn a degree during this time. In July 2019, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
