Edwin Rueda

Edwin Rueda began their work experience in 2006 as a Technical Analyst at Open Solutions, where they provided technical support for credit unions and managed projects for challenging clients. Edwin also trained clients on Crystal Reports and created complex reports. In 2008, they joined SolutionSet as a Database Integration Engineer, aiding in the transformation of legacy data into a relational database structure and designing data flows. From 2012 to 2014, Edwin worked at Ryan Partnership as a Technology Specialist, configuring features on the ExactTarget email marketing platform and automating processes using Python. Since 2014, they have been working at ListEngage as a Solutions Architect, facilitating the deployment of engagements on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and configuring services based on client needs. Currently, Edwin holds the position of Senior Solutions Architect at Lev, starting in June 2021.

Edwin Rueda obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their degree, Edwin has also obtained certifications from Salesforce. In November 2019, they became a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, and in December 2016, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
