Anne Madison

Anne Madison is the Senior Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing at Levi Strauss & Co. Anne has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, working with some of the biggest brands in the world.

Anne started their career at Gap Inc. in 1997, where they worked their way up to Senior Director of Production over the course of 10 years. In 2007, they left Gap to join Mervyns as Director of Product Development and Design. After just over a year at Mervyns, Anne was recruited by bebe to serve as their Senior Director of Sourcing and Manufacturing.

In 2010, Anne returned to Levi Strauss & Co., the company where they started their career in production. Anne was quickly promoted to Vice President of Men's Denim, and in 2016 they were again promoted to their current role as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing. Under Anne's leadership, Levi's has become one of the most innovative and sustainable brands in the fashion industry.

Anne Madison received their BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
