Maria Brown, M.B.A. SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Maria is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Levinson Built. Previously, they held the position of Human Resources Director at BHCC and Director of Human Resources at a confidential company. Maria has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at the Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Southern Eagle Distributing Inc. Maria has experience in managing remote HR departments and has expertise in workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, policy implementation, and compliance. Maria's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager positions at ABC Medical, Beachside Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare, TREASURE COAST EAR, NOSE & THROAT, P.A., and Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute. Maria holds an M.B.A. and is certified as a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Maria Brown, M.B.A. SHRM-CP completed their Master of Business degree in Healthcare Management and Human Resources from the University of Saint Mary in 2015. Maria also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Indian River State College. Additionally, Maria has obtained several certifications including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in April 2022. Maria has also acquired certifications in Talent Optimization from The Predictive Index in 2021 and Getting Talent Back to Work and Veterans At Work from SHRM in 2022. Maria also possesses a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and is a Notary Public in the State of Florida.
