Anthony Bencomo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the foodservice industry. Anthony is currently the Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bon Appétit Management Company for several years, serving as a General Manager from January 2020 to September 2021, from October 2017 to January 2020, and from March 2015 to September 2017. Anthony also worked as an Executive Chef at Bon Appétit Management Company from July 2012 to March 2015. Before joining Bon Appétit, Anthony was an Executive Chef at American Golf Corporation from April 2011 to July 2012. Anthony began their career as a Sous Chef at Torrance Marriott South Bay in July 2004 and worked there until April 2011. Prior to that, they held a student role at AI-OC from 2002 to 2004.
From 2002 to 2004, Anthony Bencomo attended The Art Institute of California-Orange County, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Culinary Management.
