Jason Kassovic

Jason Kassovic has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Jason started their career in 1994 as the Director of Restaurants at Omni International Hotel, where they oversaw the operations of six restaurant outlets. Jason was also part of the closing team for the hotel when it was demolished for new construction.

In 2000, Kassovic joined Embassy Suites Lexington as the Director of Banquets. In this role, they managed the daily operations of catering events and was responsible for purchasing china, glass, and silverware for the property. Jason held this position until 2005.

Since 2005, Kassovic has been working at Levy Restaurants as the Director of Beverage and Partnership Activation at Churchill Downs.
