Kasey holds a degree in Food Service Management and Baking and Pastry from Johnson & Wales University. Currently, Kasey serves as the Premium Manager at Levy Restaurants, overseeing catering functions, VIP clubs, and suite food and beverage services for the University of New Mexico Lobos.
