Nick Perusina began their work experience as an Assistant Outlets Manager at Hyatt Regency Greenwich in 2010. Nick then moved on to the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa in 2012, where they served as an Assistant Banquet Manager. In 2013, Nick became a Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency and later transitioned to the role of Director of Outlets. Nick then joined Loews Hotels & Co where they worked as the Director of Pool and Beach Operations. In 2018, Nick returned to Levy Restaurants as the Director of Premium, a position they held until 2020. Nick then joined Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club as the Director of Food and Beverage from 2020 to 2021. After that, they resumed their role as Director of Premium at Levy Restaurants and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Director of Operations. Currently, Nick holds the position of Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants.
Nick Perusina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Phoenix. Nick attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
