Sarah Forster MHRM has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Sarah Forster started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Nordstrom in 1999 and steadily progressed through various roles within the company. Sarah Forster later became a Regional Restaurant Manager, overseeing the operations, P&L, and talent training of multiple restaurants across different states.

Sarah was then promoted to Divisional Restaurant Manager, where they took charge of a 32-restaurant division, developing unique concepts for each market and growing the region's portfolio. Sarah Forster successfully remodeled locations and opened new restaurants in different cities.

In 2016, Sarah took on the role of Divisional Restaurant Manager for Nordstrom, where they revitalized 40 restaurants in 12 states. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, concept development, recruitment, and training. Sarah Forster also took over the bar and cocktail program, implementing improvements in talent, quality, engagement, cost control, and operational practices.

Currently, Sarah works at Levy Restaurants as the Director of Operations and Vice President of Hospitality Strategy. In their role, they spearhead strategy and development for the flagship opening of new restaurants and bars in New York City. Sarah Forster oversees hiring, training, and development, ensuring full P&L accountability and market expansion.
