Tracey Anderson

Tracey Anderson has over 20 years of experience in human resources and labor relations. Tracey is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at Levy Restaurants, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Levy Restaurants from May 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Levy Restaurants, Tracey worked at Amentum as the Human Resources and Labor Relations professional from January 2021 to May 2021. Tracey also served as the Human Resources Director at Centerplate, a Sodexo Company at the Las Vegas Convention Center from May 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, Tracey has experience in human resources and labor relations roles at Transdev, Affinity Gaming, LLC, ARAMARK, Towbin Automotive, and Flamingo Hotel & Casino Resort.

Tracey Anderson earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 1997 and 2000.
