Matthew W. Hemmert

Matthew W. Hemmert serves as General Counsel and Privacy Officer at NetDocuments since March 2021 and is also a member of the Advisory Board for LexDock since October 2022. Previously, Matthew held the position of Chairman on the Lehi City Planning Commission until August 2021 and was the Senior Director, Head of Legal Affairs, and Data Privacy Officer at DealerSocket from November 2018 to March 2021. Matthew's experience includes a significant tenure at Adobe from July 2008 to October 2018 as Director of Legal Affairs and Senior Legal Counsel, focusing on sales legal support and privacy law escalation. Additional roles included Associate Counsel at Omniture, Part-time Faculty at Brigham Young University, and Associate Corporate Counsel at SirsiDynix. Matthew obtained a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law and a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University.
